Pretreatment with Clarification (Capacity 750,000 GPD of two unit) by coagulation, flocculation by dissolved air filtration (DAF) and sedimentation, Filtration by sand filter and sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) membrane.

Brackish water reverse osmosis (BWRO) membranes are used to make demin water having capacity of 365,000 GPD of two units.

Water Tube Boiler 65 Ton Steam Production

Three Units of Water tube boiler with 65 ton each steam capacity

Electro deionization

Electro De ionization (EDI) process to increase the water purification having capacity of 325,000 GPD of two units.

Air Compressor

Reciprocating compressors double acting double stage discharge pressure of 125PSI and flow 1200SCFM

Adsorption based dryer with desiccant for instrument air regeneration.

Cooling Water System

Cooling Tower (Induced Draft, Counter Flow), S.S. Removal Filters and GE chemicals injection system.

Fire Water System

Three electric pumps and two diesel engine pumps are employee of fire water network system having capacity of 1500 GPM of each pump.

Follows all plant safety, environmental and operating procedures

Monitors equipment operations, observe pressure, temperature, level, flow and other parameters and perform regular unit checks in order to ensure that all equipment are operating according to their defined operating range

Prepares equipment for emergency and planned shutdowns

Shuts down and starts up equipment including compressors, pumps, vessels etc according to operational requirements

Conduct various checks of area and equipment including pumps, compressors and vessels operating parameters like levels, temperatures, flow and pressure to make sure they are within their defined operating range

Perform trouble shooting of the equipment and first line maintenance for process optimization

Generate maintenance work order requests and assist with priorities to address process and equipment issues

Takes daily readings of the plant operating data and files the log sheet
