PRM Tracking : - Developed Android app called PRM Tracking to manage PRM – Person of Reduced Mobility – Guests on Airport. App can fetch details from boarding pass and can record Time when we receive guest, GSU who assisted, From which checkpoint PRM Control Dept given assistance, to Which checkpoints, what time dropped guests and software can prepare worksheet as per PRM Dept standards and can convert the it to any format required. Using Firebase Real-time database PRM Tracking can make entire Operation real-time, centrally controllable and Can Monitor it from any authorized location. This app can replace all manual paper works. Avoid hectic work of feeding collected work back to Etihad System manually. There is lot of other benefits out of Automating operation.

Flight-Timing: - Developed Android app called Flight-Timing for recording different time of occurrence of events like, Boarding, Disembark, High loader usages, Flights arrival procedure at Remote Parking Stands, etc. And this software enables real-time recording of events and programmed to use Firebase Rea-time Cloud service to update data to system.

Prepared New Logic to Manage guests (Not Approved):- Developed new Unique Sequence Numbering system to Track PRM Guests without any additional Third-party software and technology. This logic will help to get all Benefits of PRM Tracking.

For Beach Rotana Hotels and Towers

Developed Software to handle guest room package and other facilities availed by them through an Android Devices like Smart Phone. Assisting PRM guests at all locations of Airport on Arrival and Departure.

Provide wheelchair Assistance.

Direct guests based on details on boarding passes and based on their enquiry.

Monitoring Boarding at Contact Gates and on Bussing Gates by noting timing of guests boarded, bus released, at bay, high loader connected, Guest on Board and on Board cleared, etc.

Assisting guests on High loader for arrival and for departure.

Work as a Terminal Search and finder to direct all guests properly to their respective gates, and based on request from boarding gates find out guests who couldn’t report to boarding gates

Provide assistance at baggage services by collecting Rush Tagged bags, relabeling baggage drop them on departure section of Ground Service.
