Fire and emergency services contract providing fire fighting and fire protection services throughout all of Iraq.
Quality Manager
Volunteered to put together a quality management system for fire services in Iraq after the company received quality complaints after poor Operational Readiness Inspection scores.
After development of quality system, inspection scores were raised an average of 10% across 26 sites. Cycle of
inspections went from every three months to annually.
