The project was to implement a powerful CRM solution for its sales team to manage the relationship with their potential customers and to enhance customer satisfaction. Being a Business Analyst my project was to implement Salesforce CRM to offer a web-based interface for account management, contact management, reports generation and tracking sales lead.
