I am a mother, a military spouse and a nurse. I believe in loyalty to and longevity in the work place and local
community. My interest in changing employers is due to job elimination as of 31,December 2017.
My experience in healthcare is vast. Starting in the mid 1980's as a CNA in skilled nursing, to an acute hospital
setting on to utilization review for a large health insurance company and presently evolving to our present healthcare
regime in primary care.
Through my work experience I have encounter many personalities, cultures and policies. I adapt and mold to my
environment and change. I am approachable and a team player.

Responsibilities
As taken directly from the Lifetime Health Medical Group job posting " In Summary: Care for ill, injured, disabled and
wellness patients seen at Lifetime Health Medical Group. Collects data, communicates to Providers and Registered
Nurses information to assist in preparing for patient care. May work under the immediate direction of Providers or
Registered Nurses.
Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities
• Practices and promotes good Customer Service.
• Adheres to LHMG Policies and Procedures.
• Measures and records patient’s vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and
respiration.
• Administers prescribed medications and documents as per policy.
• Provides basic patient care and treatments ordered by providers, such as dressing changes, blood glucose testing,
pulse oximetry, spirometry, performing catherizations, assisting with IV’s, and nebulizer treatments.
• Observes patients, charting and reporting medical information or changes in patient condition, such as adverse
reactions to medications or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
• Assists with provider and patient requests for information and services as appropriate and within their scope of
practice.
• Provides direction to Medical Assistants, as needed.
• Works appropriately students as assigned.
• Works as part of the healthcare team to assess patient needs, suggest modifications to care, and implement
interventions.
• Evaluates nursing intervention outcomes, conferring with other healthcare team members as necessary.
