1.Current Employer: Presently working in Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd. as Asst. Manager (Shift Incharge) from 15/07/2010 for the operation & commissioning of 4X210 TPH CFBC Boilers & 1X390, 1X340 TPH Thyssen Krupp CFBC Boilers and 3X130 MW Siemens Turbines.

2.Previous Employer: At SKS Ispat & Power Ltd. from 01/08/2007 to 10/07/2010 as an Engineer for operation & commissioning 175 TPH CFBC Boiler (Chinese Make) & 30 MW TG set (Chinese Make).

JOB PROFILE:

Take charge of the Operation of CFBC Boiler (4x210 TPH & 1x390 TPH) and turbine (3x130MW) from DCS control system.

Watch out for all the parameters of Boiler & turbine, and maintain it through DCS.

Involving with the maintenance Engineer to co-ordinate for Preventive maintenance & Shutdown maintenance.

Involved in checking field Boiler and TG water report analysis and instruct the DM plant operator to fulfill the desired requirement of water.

Involved in checking of Ash handling plant and look out for line block, system fault, hopper level, seal pressure etc.

Involved in Cold & Hot Light-up of Boiler and specially watch all its parameters.

Involved in Hot & Cold start-up for turbine and watch for all its parameters.

Professional Qualification:-

1.B. E. in Mechanical Engineering from MP Christian College of Engg & Tech., Bhilai (Pt. Ravi Shankar Univ., Raipur) in 2007 scoring 6.8 CPI (69%).

2.Higher Secondary in 2003 form C.G. state board scoring 71.4%.

3.High school in 2001 from M.P. state board scoring 79.4%

KEY AREA :

Planning and implementing various predictive/preventive maintenance schedules of various machines & equipments to increase machine up time /equipment reliability and keeping a record of the same.

Performing root cause failure analysis of repetitive breakdowns occurring in the plant and taking corrective measures for the same.
