Head of Logistics and Facilities, North America

Started with this company when it was originally Kaiser Bakeware Inc. Responsible for all Distribution Center operations to include the IT and Safety Departments.

Managed upwards to 9 million dollars in inventory.

Responsible for managing a staff of 25 that is divided into four different departments.

Helped to organize the relocation of the warehouse that was located in Canada to the facility in the United States.

Forklift Certified on sit down and stand up forklifts

Managed Inventory which helped result in a 0.01% variance

Set up drop ship program that resulted in shipping orders within 24 hours

Manages operating budget for distribution center that includes packaging supplies, payroll, utilities and transportation.
