Use excel and SAP based tools to maintain the master production schedule by level loading, modifying forecasts and the adjusting the overall load on the entire Mequon plant.

Partner with Production Control Analysts, Materials Analysts and Demand Management to effectively manage $40 million in raw material and $4-5 million in stocked finished good inventory.

Work with transfer teams to move several production lines to and from the Mequon facility.

Coordinate the annual physical inventory activities for the entire Mequon plant.

Buyer/Planner 1/2012 - 6/2012

Manage the suppliers for assigned commodities to prevent material shortages while minimizing the on hand inventory through daily discussions with vendors.
