LEADERSHIP
Served as the City Manager’s Representative to implement safety and security measures in the hardening of the Alexandra Detention Center after 911 and in preparation of holding suspects from the attack. This required working closely with local and Federal Law enforcement to develop and implement security strategies including delta barriers, razor wire, metal detectors, hardening of the exterior of the building and construction a line of sight barrier on the 495 ramp.
