Responsibilities Include: SBS sells over 4000 bakery ingredients and supplies including, flour, sugar, butter, nuts, eggs, chocolate, fillings, icings and various other items. I am in charge of developing and growing a small territory (only 9 active accounts) to over 40 in less than 10 months. I sell to industrial bakeries, casinos, hotels, restaurants, colleges, donut shops, high end and chain bakeries. I would cold call about 75% of the time and do cutting and tastings when needed.
