Role:-Maintenance Head of equipment.

Responsibilities:-Monitoring, Controlling, Directing, Execution of Plant & Machinery Repair, Maintenance activities and meeting with the client

Utilization & Availability of resources at optimum level by proper maintenance. Maintenance Management

Repair and maintenance cost control and progressive reduction- thru planned maintenance activities, delivering results as per plan or better.

Overall maintenance management including planning, co-ordination, inspection, estimation, indents, quotation collecting, according approval, checking spares & finally use it properly. Execution of installation, erection & commissioning work by periodic following up to monitoring the progress of the breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance work through proper coordinating with the suppliers, vendors and mechanics to ensure complete timely

Continuous following up with the site concern person and OEM person to arrange required spare parts for completion of repair & maintenance work in time to keep up maximum availability & also to avoid reoccurrence of the failure.

Schedule maintenance Engineering

Studying all types of operation & maintenance manual, parts catalogue in advance & listing down the scope of Schedule maintenance work. Manage the details from suppliers & vendors for schedule maintenance consumable items.

Warranty claim

Organize the inspection against failure by OEM service person within the warranty period for warranty calming.

Submit warranty related document such as commissioning & servicing report to accord warranty replace easily.

Installation & Erection Management

Planning and chalk out with considering all parameters for processing to arrange the required resources for Installation, Erection and commission work & also demonstrate on operation & performance of the plant & equipment.

Training Management:

Training to the trainee engineers, ITI, foreman & mechanic at repair-maintenance time about failure root cause analysis also training about safety of work,JSA, SOP, Housekeeping, Height work, PPE,HSE etc.

Organizational Experience
