2. Responsible for operating production machineries ( Extrusion and injection)at
its optimum capacity with good product quality.
3. Prepare immediate report to his respective superior whatever machineries
and tooling problem occurred during his shift.
4. Responsible for producing excellent product quality in conformance to its
manufacturing standard.
5. Responsible for preparing production report to its approved forms both
extrusion and injection.

General Function:
To plan, lead, organize, direct and control all maintenance activities PET Stretch Blow Moulding & Injection Moulding Machines.
Responsibility:
1.Setting up preventive maintenance plan for the PET Stretch Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding Machines.
2.Supervising the carrying out of the maintenance plan as well as the break down maintenance during the machines running.
3.Arrangement of providing the required spare parts for at least two years of operation.
4.Recording all failures and breakdown occurred in the machines in the History card for each machine day by day.
5.Submitting weekly report regarding the downtime of the machines and weekly maintenance to Production Manager.
6.Preparing the P.R. for items and materials required for the PET Stretch Blowing and Injection Moulding Machines.
7.Keeping updated Maintenance Records and documents of all PET Stretch Blow and Injection moulding machines which are readily available upon request by the Production Manager.

1. Checks attendance of line personnel as per manpower assignment and report any absences so that adjustment can be made.
2. Coordinates and discuss with out-going supervisor for any line problems encountered during the previous shift.
3. Responsible in any problem that need his immediate attention at the start of the shift.
4. Checks and ensured that machines are running as per schedule and reports any problems encountered. Checks safety features of machines and any unsafe conditions of the line area.
5. Spot checks quality of moulded part (aesthetic inspection).
6. Ensures proper housekeeping of line and personally turnover and endorses to incoming supervisor.
7. Performs relief works as contingencies arise.
8. Schedule manpower assignment for the month. Trains new relief workers as required.

Ensures that the products are being manufactured in accordance to the prescribed standards in coordination with Production Department.
Maintains the Quality Assurance of product especially the finished goods transferred to Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all production activities in a given section in the absence of the supervisor.
2. Trains and orients workers on proper Quality Control procedures and safety within his section.
3. Prepares proper checklist and inspection report on refineries, cosmetics, and injection products.
4. Analysis of product sampling and quality control inspection standard procedures.
5. Coordinates with Quality Control personnel and Production In-Charge and Shift Engineer for quality control related problems arising within the shift. To ensure a smooth and accurate turnover of problems, activities, and information among sections.
6. Checks proper packaging identification and storage of known containers and accessories at the operating areas and at the stocking areas.
7. Conducts proper housekeeping at working areas.
