Job Responsibilities as a Engineer – Process,

1. Arrange of men power and job distribution.

2. All type of activities done under guide lines from the higher authority.

3. To produce acceptable quality product.

4. To reduce the cost of production where ever possible.

5. To reduce down time of the plant.

6. To maintain and record proper data in log books and formats.

7. To maintain proper operating parameters for the operation of kiln.

8. To co ordinate for supply of lime to SMS as per their requirement.

9. To co ordinate of supply of lime fines to sinter plant as per their requirement.

10. To co ordinate with RMPP for feeding of raw material as per the plant requirement.

11. To co ordinate with Gas handling department about the availability of LPG/Propane and BFGas.

12. To implement training awareness programs effectively.

13. To implement and achieve the set objectives and targets.

14. To be prepared with Emergency preparedness and response.

15. Responsible for documentation, document control and association in audit.

16. To maintain good house keeping and cleanliness of the plant.

17. Fire fighting and handling emergency situations in lime plant in shift.

18. Safe working of all employees.

19. Safe operation of equipment.

EQUIPMENT HANDLED:-

Belt Conveyor, Gear Box, Blower, Booster, Double Deck Screen, Single Deck Screen, Direct Force Exciter, Impact Mill, Hammer Mill, Screw Conveyor, Vibro Feeder, Rotary Air Lock Valve, Belt Conveyor, Resilient Coupling, Geared Coupling, Bucket Elevator, Centrifugal Pump, ID fan, Butterfly Valve, Gate Valve.
