PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Implemented a simplified system to track an extremely complex design system schedule comprised of 10 different design areas, 600+ tools, and used by 30+ design projects.

Created a simplified tracking and reporting system that allowed all users to update their project information and have all scheduling info for the entire tool in one easy-to-understand view. Reduced weekly review to 80%, to just 30 minutes.

Managed and delivered four unique projects entailing cutting edge chip design, contributing up to 80% of company’s revenue.

Implement a red-green- yellow heat map to keep the projects on schedule.

Developed and implemented a corporate program management system for conversion to Window platform. This system was viewed as key to the program success.

Deployed/developed a customized global project scheduling software which coordinated and drove an integrated project scheduling effort for all Planning and Logistics Systems information projects. Trained over 800 people worldwide in project management tools and techniques. Developed standards and indices to measure project schedules performance and effectiveness.
