oServed as a focal point of the technical team to design equity strategy of education that contributed to develop segregated program to attract out of school children, to enhance retention and to equalize education sector

oManaged as being Focal Point of the Comprehensive Capacity Building Plan/Program thematic team and developed the piloting & model building modalities, and after lesson learned, include institution wide capacity building components in the AWPB/ASIP as program of 75 districts. This work contributed to enhance professionalism as well as raise system performance
