oPerformed 10 years as a national coordinator to review and work to draft new federal constitutional directive principal and provided inputs and feedbacks to ensure various forms of human rights in the present constitution and curriculum.

oFourteen years in managing and leadership as being technical coordinator of policy formulation and research and develop development, networking with private and public sectors and widely involved for policy advocacy, policy implementation, briefing reports and proven expertise in coordination from MOE and initiated policy dialogue, policy analysis, policy coordination . I was Chief of the Policy Committee (EPC) Secretariat, Policy Analysis and Program and Foreign Aid Coordination Section and made TEVT programs and strategic planning and develop Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB), Annual Strategic Implementation Plan (ASIP) Medium Term Strategic Framework (MTEF) Business Plan (BP). Mainly in developing and institutionalizing SSRP and experiences policy dialogue and networking and earned knowledge and facilitation on how policy drafting process initiated and involve private public and civil society organisations and took approval and knowledge disseminations and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
oPerformed as coordinator of the MOE School Sector Reform Program/Sector Wide Approach Extension Plan 2014/15 -2015/16 that contributed to enhance further DPs commitment of funding in the extended program of MOE
oServed as a focal point of the technical team to design equity strategy of education that contributed to develop segregated program to attract out of school children, to enhance retention and to equalize education sector
oManaged as being Focal Point of the Comprehensive Capacity Building Plan/Program thematic team and developed the piloting & model building modalities, and after lesson learned, include institution wide capacity building components in the AWPB/ASIP as program of 75 districts. This work contributed to enhance professionalism as well as raise system performance
