I worked for Global Access. An international shipping company that ships for ecommerce and direct sales companies globally. I am over Programs and Projects. My focus is on the technical side dealing primarily with integration of shipping and warehouse management software with these companies. I was hired in June of 2016 to present. I oversee the projects schedules, the engineering schedules and policy/governance for the company.

Global Technical Program Manager, EBAY, Draper, UT 2010 – 2015

●Managed IT programs for global enterprise application/systems/platform for call centers worldwide, overseeing teams of up to 60 and capital and operational budgets ranging from $250,000 to $12M, servicing over 10,000 employees globally and Millions of customers

●Planning, budget management, resource assignment and management, live to site, deployment and ramp of centers by region.

PMO Director, MOVE NETWORKS, Lindon, UT 2009 – 2010

●Management of PMO team, Program management for software development and implementation for web television.

●Led a team of 30 engineers and Quality Assurance experts in the development of software and hardware for web based television products

●Created 1st generation web based television software for streaming live and on demand television for home and commercial use on set top boxes such as ROKU.

●MOVE was subsequently purchased by Echostar for expansion and of the proprietary software technology.

●Managed implementation projects valued from $40K to $2M+; project team staffing, scheduling and management, directed daily operations of staff. Planned, forecasted and administered a $700K budget for development/operations, and oversaw all project requirements for interface development.

●Client expectations and communications management, project kick off meeting with clients. Project Plan delivery and client sign off, and delivered interface solutions on time and on budget.

●Performed custom code development specification and acceptance, software shipment requests, and interface requirements as needed.
