Strengths include:

• Building innovative applications to meet current and future organizational needs

• Directing improved performance of IT systems, supporting top line and bottom line growth

• Revitalizing systems to improve reporting, compliance and efficiency

• Driving down costs, increasing profitability

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Implemented ONESOURCE WorkFlow Manager (including WorkFlow, DataFlow, Entity Manager, FileRoom and Calendar). ONESOURCE WorkFlow Manager will improve the Delphi Tax Staff's ability to manage tax initiatives, compliance and reporting in an increasingly complex legal structure in an outsourced environment.

• Implemented ONESOURCE Audit Manager. ONESOURCE Audit Manager will enable a lean Delphi Tax Staff to more effectively manage, track, control and report on all Tax related audits globally.

• Designed a Country by Country Reporting tool. Developed an inhouse reporting tool to meet the Base Profit and Profit Shift (BEPS) Country by Country reporting requirements.

• Implemented ONESOURCE Tax Provision (Formerly Tax Stream). Global Tax Accounting faced major internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues. Implemented an outsourced corrective solution, including hosting and consulting services. Increased compliance while saving Delphi $1.6 M.

• Implemented Tax tool (including Uncertain Tax Position (FIN48), Income and Property Tax Compliance, 1099 reporting). Migrated the Delphi Tax Staff to web hosted models increasing productivity and compliance.

• Reduced cost by directing and implementing a Six Sigma program throughout the Delphi Tax and Customs Department. Achieved cost savings through process improvements, increased compliance, and reduction in fines, penalties and audit exposure. Saved $3M annually.

• Designed and implemented Sales and Use Tax Compliance and Audit Defense system. Delphi methods for Sales and Use Tax led to significant audit exposure. Was able to design and implement a transaction SQL based Sales and Use Tax process/system for calculating and reporting Sales and Use Tax. Also used for Sales and Use Tax audit defense which improved control and reduced audit exposure. Saved over $1 M vs a comparable SABRIX solution.

• Designed and implemented information system, minimizing risk. Delphi increased financial transactions from 2M to 500M per year overwhelming the financial information reporting capabilities. Designed and implemented a SQL server data warehouse and data mining tools dramatically increasing reporting efficiency, audit defense and compliance.

• Developed and executed a migration strategy, saving millions. As a result of GM’s divestiture of Delphi, over 300 systems needed to be transitioned to Delphi. Worked directly with a variety of vendors. Incorporated innovative systems, attained ongoing efficiencies and achieved over $10M in annualized savings for Delphi.

• Rectified deficient applications, improved bottom line. Traditional methods of developing, managing and hosting applications were outdated and inefficient. Retired, replaced or moved internally hosted and managed systems with ASP or SAAS vendor-provided solutions. Enabled $3M in annual savings for Delphi.2

• Integrated operation systems and reduced conversion expenses. Mobil Chemical was wasting millions due to inefficiencies resulting from non-integrated systems. Directed Mobil’s first SAP R/3 implementation. Mobil Chemical realized an additional $5M in annual savings due to increased operational efficiencies. Created a template for company-wide use, saved millions in design and implementation costs.

• Established a Division Accounting Center for Mobil Chemical. Directed and managed the consolidation of plant accounting and divisional financial analysis into a Division Accounting Center. Achieved $1.2 M annual savings.

• Revamped global operations. Mobil Chemical international operations were less than optimal. Re-engineered and re-organized sales, marketing and distribution operations. Enhanced margins through product mix optimization. Achieved $10M annual savings.
