Perform and assign CAFM engineers to query for variances and summary reporting for unit or client and business metrics graphic thematic representation of agency assignment data - highlighting decreprencies, issues, etc. Create reports via eSMART.

Coordinates and interface with variety of GSA customers, partners and key stakeholders such as property managers, asset managers, space management specialist reality specialist and architects/engineers.

Facilitate weekly SDM team meetings providing project status updates including Buildings Maintenance, OA Expirations, Action Items, Assignee/Date due, SDM Proforma and Rent - Estimate Services, Design and Construction, eSMART updates and new releases, Leased Building Services, Process Improvements and New Business.

Provide leadership role and mentor regarding GSA policy procedures and compliances.

Ability to multi-task managing several ongoing projects concurrently providing clear instruction, maintaining relationships, exchanging complex information and completing projects before deadlines.

Attend all kick-off meetings with Public Building Services (PBS)/Asset Management team, contractors for re-measurements and maintenance.

Delegate simple to complex AD-Hoc requests for drawings, CD's or other pertinent information to available CAFM engineers in order to meet client requests including thematic mapping drawings of assignment data and plotting request.

Assign CAFM engineers to perform GSA Building Validation quality control reports for Base/Shell, Tenant Architecture submission, Assignment drawings submission and also final submissions from GSA contractors.
