Goodwill Industries, June 2004-May 2017. Created database in SQL Server and programmed front end of the client database via HTML, JavaScript, and ASP, which manages client data and connects associated assistance programs to client accounts.

St. Luke’s Physicians Group, September 2011-August 2012 through Talon Consulting Services. Medical interface programming in ConnectR. Other projects included extraction of medical data from internal systems for translation and loading into new and upgraded systems, Excel support, data verification for new systems, and the creation and successful completion of data verification plans.

Applications included the Capital Budget Request system, Hospital Forms ordering, and the Downtime Analyzer to record and report on hospital system downtime.

Application Programmer (September 2002 to April 2006) responsible for VB6 development of the Shade Quote Tool used to configure and price quote shading systems for our Customer Service Department. Other projects included writing the Stock Sweep application in PHP, and many reporting tools for SQL databases in VB6. Administered URL registration and settings. Performed some administration in SQL 2000 and Microsoft SourceSafe.

Senior Web Programmer (January 2000 to September 2002), responsible for HTML, Javascript, ASP, and VBScript programming for the Web site. Also developed the Virtual Dimming applications using Lingo in Macromedia Director which precisely simulated a Viseo dimmer’s lighting effect.
