Owner/Founder of a historic homes repair, restoration and remodeling construction business. An expert in the architectural design, repair, restoration and construction of historic homes. Business focus is on historic homes built between 1850 & 1950. Business geographic area will be Merced County, Stanislaus County and San Joaquin County. Current home is a Historic Modesto Landmark, Queen Anne Victorian Farm House built in 1901. Very soon I will start creating “The 49er Gold Rush Village”, a residential rental neighborhood of homes built between 1920 and 1950. Homes will all have a 1920’s architectural historic look.

Race Vehicle Designer/Fabricator/Project Manager

49er Vintage Motorsports, Modesto, CA 1/2012 to 9/2017

Owner/Founder of a race vehicle manufacturing business. Designs, fabricates and assembles race vehicle products and parts to create street rods, race cars & race boats.

Created the School of Race Vehicle Fabrication and Advanced Motorsports Technology in order to pass on my racing experience and knowledge to new young competitors in motorsports racing.

Races a 1986 Buick Grand National, V-6 Turbo, NHRA 150 MPH, 10.0 Sec ET Street/ Drag Car for fun and profit.

I have decided to close down and liquidate this motorsports manufacturing business for lack of sales and loss of profitability in order to establish a historic homes construction business, “49er Historic Construction”.

As Project Manager for Unisys, I wrote the bid spec, selected the WMS systems supplier and managed the implemented of the WMS system which resulted in huge productivity improvements.

As Pre-Sales Engineer for Logisticon, I prepared WMS systems design proposals from RFP’s and physical observations of clients operations which resulted in over $7 million in WMS systems sales.

As Project Engineer for Apple Computer, I designed and implemented a package handling conveyor system that drastically improved package throughput capacity.

As Project Manager for Esprit De Corp, I designed the storage and material handling systems for a new distribution center. I managed the installation of the material handling system. I managed the transition and start up of the new facility. Tremendous gains in throughput capacity and reduction in workforce were achieved.

Held supply chain leadership management positions to include: Regional Manufacturing/Logistics Director, Purchasing and Inventory Planning Manager, Distribution Center Manager, Materials Manager, Engineering Project Manager and Manufacturing Process Engineer.
