Size of the Hospital ( Bed Size) : 120 geriatric beds Annual patients I see ( Estimation ) : 6 patients daily home around 8 patients in geriatric patients end of the life,dementia and oncologic patients, palliative home, symptom control (pain, dyspnea) palliative sedation care and behavioral disorders .Advice to physicians in primary care and residential centers by telephone or joint visits, manage income units psycho geriatrics Convalescence, Long Term and / or palliative. Decision making as well as courses in Hospital nurses, assistants and residents in primary care and when requested.

We make a weekly call, accounting for 120 beds and the patients we serve at home, addition to emergency calls for assessment of a patient The guards are present until 18:30 pm during the week and until the other day contactable by telephone

Right now myr dedication is a Palliative Care, complex chronic patient’s, end situation of life and cancer patients of the home care

I organize the work at home in w ith a team work called PADES and I supervise the other primare care doctor ́s to call me during their work .

Ireland certainly for their experience, great healthcare system, quality of life, its people are friendly and very quiet habits, and landscape and climate. To get the opportunity to aplaid my experience in palliative care at home, improve the quality of live in patient with terminal illness and offer my experience in this field to young medical doctors, and get experience whit Ireland physician in this field.
