TRACS2 - TANF Reporting and Control System 2: This is an Internet-based application that allows districts to provide program information and report families served and outcome results for TANF Services Projects and Employment Programs funded by the Flexible Fund for Family Services (FFFS). In addition, district staff must enter Drug and Alcohol Assessment information and report the number of Non-Custodial Parents Participating in Work Activities. Information reported on TRACS 2 will be used in the FFFS Performance and Accountability Matrix (PAM) located on the OTDA website.

FFFS - Flexible Fund for Family Services: FFFS is a Sharepoint site that district staff will use to complete, submit, revise, and view their FFFS Plans. OTDA and OCFS staff will use this site to upload the initial plans, receive, review, and approve or return to districts plans that require further clarification. The site houses FFFS and TRACS 2 resources such as ADMs, user guides and related useful information. The FFFS site automates and streamlines FFFS plan processing through systemic e-mail notifications at critical points in the planning process including Plan Approval, storing the Plan history and supporting the plan working copy that is readily available for district revision.

SOLQ (State Online Query): This is an Internet-based application that is used by both state and county personnel to enter demographic data for an individual and perform a search on the Social Security Administration (SSA) database in Maryland. It is used for the SSN Verification/Standard Response, Title II and Title XVI benefit information to NY State to determine clients’ eligibility to certain State-administered programs.

TRACS - TANF Reporting and Control System: This is a separate application from the above existing TRACS application. TRACS allows districts to submit claims for FFFS, TANF Block Grant programs, the Safety Net Assistance Program (SNAP), the Non-Residential Domestic Violence program, and the Local Administration Fund (LAF). It also is used to report outcomes for the Intensive Case Services (ICS) program and enter program information and outcomes for SNAP.

SDCIRS (State Data Center Invoice Reconciliation System): This system automates all necessary functionality required for Customer Networking Solutions (CNS) managers to reconcile State Data Center (SDC) invoices received by CNS. The process includes three parts: first, a Windows Application uploads the SDC invoice into a database; second, a Web Application, using large volume business rules, presents the data to managers for their review and approval; and lastly, a Windows Application generates a summary report displaying aggregated payment data aligned to the appropriate NYS Cost Centers. Various screens and reports are provided to facilitate the unit managers in keeping track of their approval or disapprovals of the SDC charges. The interface provides dynamically generated Trend Analysis reports detailing actual versus projected costs and actual versus planned usage for the unit managers to measure current year spending and estimate expenses for the next year.

WILMA: This web application is used to keep track of procurement and maintain Inventory of the various datacom equipments being deployed at various sites for a particular project for various NY state agencies. Various modules like Order generation, Device/model maintenance, Invoices, PO, PO Contract information are maintained and updated according to the equipment movements. Various MIS reports were generated to assist CNS staff in resolving site equipment discrepancies. System also maintains Vendor, Usage codes, Projects etc.

Service Request System: This is a site developed to allow various NY state agencies to request for service request/work orders to CNS, and for CNS staff to receive and track the completion status of the request. The application has two parts: a Web Application is used to allow users to enter, upload, edit, or delete the service request and the other part is administration site, which is used to keep track of status, assign users the appropriate level of data access permissions. Various MIS reports were developed for the higher mgmt.

Network Infrastructure Resource Database: The Network Infrastructure Resource Database collects and maintains information about the sites throughout New York State that are supported by the Human Services Enterprise Network. The system maintains information about site demographics such as name, location, site contact information, data communications equipment installed, Visio diagrams, IP address information, etc. This information is critical to many units within NYS CIO/OFT and its customer agencies in conducting day-to-day operations such as resolving Helpdesk calls, planning infrastructure improvements, deploying equipment, and billing for CNS services. This was developed in classic ASP which has redesign and developed in Visual Studio 2005.

Claims Risk Alerts: This is a .NET and web based application that consists of windows service meant for to automate the information and process for Claim’s Risk Alert procedure so that the info is in the electronic file and to create an automated notification process and improve the consistency of underwriting action taken on risk concerns. It creates a centralized URL where the claims adjustors can enter the Risk Alert information. Then for Siebel users, an Activity is created automatically to notify the UW that he/she needs to look up the Risk Alert and do something about it. The UW can key in the action taken on the Risk Alert electronic document and then the adjustor is e-mailed that a response is ready.

Exact-Pay: This is a .NET and web based system developed and rolled out to the Payroll Alliance Center (PAC) as part of the PAC Migration project. It’s linked to and launched from hart.Source Siebel, the central location for the management of customers, leads, quotes, policies and underwriting functions. Serving as the only launch pad for Exactpay, hart.Source Siebel will update Exactpay with key business and policy information.

Middle Market Underwriting Authority: This is a Web App developed in .NET 2003 environment used by Underwriter to access their limits on each lines of Businesses. Various roles and modules are provided for administering the tasks and various Reports were developed using Crystal Enterprise version.
