Summary
I have over 10 years of Software and Web Development experience. I have used a wide range of tools and technologies over the course of my career as dictated by the customer or project. I have worked on projects using the latest web technologies including HTML5 and the AngularJS, MVC and MVVM frameworks. Over the years I have developed web applications using several different JavaScript libraries including jQuery, dojo and Prototype. I have modified and maintained legacy applications built with classic ASP, HTML, CSS and both JavaScript and VBScript. I have used several different programming languages create back end business logic and APIs including Python, C#, VB.net and VB6. I have used both SQL Server and Oracle Databases and I am experienced writing complex SQL, creating Procedures, views and tables. In addition to creating custom solutions I have integrated several COTs products into new or existing application. The COTS packages include BussinessObjects from SAP, Novient from Aderant and Mi-Forms from Mi-Corporation. I have experience with both Private and Government projects over the last decade.

Developed user interfaces for Windows based touch pads using VB.Net and a VB.Net based COTS application to collect data used in scientific studies run by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)
Created and maintained C# code to both process and insure the integrity of collected data to be stored in SQL Server and Mongo DBs
I worked as part of small team to develop a web application used to standardize and consolidate variables used across multiple NHTSA studies using HTML, jQuery and SQL Server
I debugged, updated and helped develop the main application of the NASS Study which was created using Angular and C#
I had originally started work on this project while working for CSC, and moved with the project to SGT when they were awarded the federal contract in December 2015

In this role I developed, supported and maintained several applications that made up a Global Resource Management suite used to track and deploy tens of thousands of employees across hundreds of thousands of projects globally
For this project I created and maintained code using HTML, ASP, CSS, raw JavaScript and several different JavaScript libraries including dojo and Prototype, these applications required me to support several versions of both Oracle, SQL Server databases
I was the lead developer asked to design, integrate and deploy a BusinessObjects xi 3.1 (SAP) reporting environment utilized by the Global Management team to provide real-time on demand business intelligence as well as several predesignated reports, the implementation of which improved transparency and global staffing productivity by combining data from Oracle, SQL Server and other external data sources
I developed complex SQL queries used to identify and reduce licencing fees thereby saving $100K+ annually

Developed a web based ad-hoc reporting engine to support a global employee management system utilized by multiple clients within CSC, created with HTML and JavaScript to connect to both SQL server and Oracle databases
This position ended after an 18 month effort to consolidate and coordinate the North American, Australian and European instances of custom build web based applications, several instances of a COTS application named Novient and multiple Oracle 8i and SQL Server databases into a single global resource management application suite that were compliant with to strict EU privacy laws

My duties included analyzing and resolving software and hardware issues on both standard cell phones and smart phones
I worked as part of a group that was responsible for monitoring and resolving regional network issues for Sprint's national CDMA network
Since this work location was attached to one of sprints preeminent retail locations my duties also included inventory control including shipping, receiving and tracking, and customer service since many repairs were performed on site
I was instrumental in developing an inventory control system using VBScript and excel that was being utilized through-out the district.

Interaction with the general public is an important part of this position, the ability effectively communicate complex issue to users who do not have a high level of technical knowledge was a key reason for my success in this position, and a skill that has served me well in every position I have had since.
