Project manager Responsible for over 95 projects in 4 years for the Houston Texas and Seattle Washington Area totaling $12 mil in revenue. Highly effective at managing the cost, schedule and performance of company projects and subsystems of major programs. Develops creative resolutions to project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer needs. Deftly mitigates the risk to the company while still meeting customer demands during contract negotiations and changes. Owner / Consultant for building automation systems. Recipient of the 2011 team FEMP award with RJD Technologies. This was awarded to the team in large part due to the rescheduling of air handling units, exhaust fans, and heating coils for a savings of $525K that would be repeatedly realized in successive years to come.

Work directly with owners and building engineers for better energy efficiency and climate comfort with their current HVAC control system. Projects were with RJD Technologies, King County Facility Management Division, and Issaquah School District. Member of the Association of Energy Engineers.

2008 - 2009 Siemens Building Automation

Project manager / Team Leader / Lead Tech; Successfully juggled the management of 3 projects totaling $400k, from start to finish while mentoring 3 to 4 junior employees on their assigned work. Drove the bid process with subcontractors to meet the customer needs. Frequently identified items that brought about positive change orders. Oversaw the design and implementation of the building automation system according to specifications and contract drawings. Attended all relevant contract and construction meetings to ensure the project was on schedule. Responsible for the programming, commissioning and the overall completion of the installation of the building automation system. Directed and coordinated with subordinates and subcontractors to meet deadlines.

2002 - 2008 Issaquah School District

HVAC Controls Specialist; Personally identified $1.3 million in energy and maintenance savings while employed with the Issaquah School District by developing and implementing schedules and programs for 26 buildings. Increased the life of the HVAC equipment by reducing the amount of run time put on the equipment. Coordinate with subcontractors for major repairs to the HVAC systems. Worked with the HVAC technicians in a team environment to maintain the HVAC equipment, effectively reducing the amount of environmental complaints from 100+ a month to 12 to 15 a month. Troubleshoot/ issue resolution of HVAC equipment as necessary.

1993 - 1998 Electronics /Avionics Test Station Technician, U.S.A.F.

Trained and directly supervised two to five personnel on a rotating basis for the last four years of my military service. Expert level experience in operating and use of test equipment to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, modify and align the electronics and avionics of the F-15 C/D model aircraft, at the intermediate maintenance level.
