Managing, administrating, monitoring and configuring of Blade servers technology.

Implementation of Intelligent oil field project (SCADA system) for NAOC remote fields accessible on the company intranet and also on the internet. Creating, implementing and supporting NIS environment for NAOC.

Implementation of eDOF in EniNigeria (Digital Oil Field)

Data centre management and managing the UPS.

On-going Visual Application farm (VAF) – A high level computing infrastructure for technical area users in NAOC for remote visualization of 2D and 3D applications. This has reduced 40% -49% of the company’s expenditures on workstations.

GeoFrame data migration to OpenWorks – An activity that involved migration of all company assets residing in GeoFrame to OpenWorks. This reduced the company’s expenditures 30%- 42% on unnecessary licenses and onsite support from the vendors.

Implementation of OpenWorks DSD Decision Space (Landmark) save the company about 20% to 43% of expenditure due to merging of licenses.

OpenWorks data consolidation – Where several OpenWorks projects and associated SeisWorks projects based on pre-defined criteria were merged into a single consolidated OW project. This saved the company 68% -70% expenditures on different platforms of database and onsite supports from the vendors.

Petrel data re-organization – Involved organizing data in petrel from various standalone user environments into a central shared space. In the end, we were able to create a reference seismic and wells area on a ‘per block’ basis, accessible online and a working area for petrel users.

Implementation and upgrading of PRES (Prospect Resources Evaluation by Scenarios) a software developed in house for the Geologists
