Medicare-Part D

Part D is an interface which would facilitate Data Entry of Medicare Part-D enrolment. This is to cater to the legislation rules that will be implemented by US Govt. for Prescription Drug Coverage program. The application broadly captures data from the Medicare-D enrolment forms, sends the data for validation to a central agency and then further forwards the data to the administration system at UAC. Patni developed FVI (Facets Visual Interface) application even handles automatic enrollment & online enrolment processing of Medicare Part-D enrolments. The ultimate goal of the application is to generate an MMS file which would be sent to FACETS (A Trizetto Product) owned by UAC. Various reports are generated based on need of the BPO team who are the primary users of this application.

Responsibilities:

Involved in preparation of Maintenance Change Request document based on requirement gathering carried out for the project.

Providing technical inputs for jigs & fixtures and getting actively involved in enhancing features of existing products.

Worked on front and back end on Facets module, to understand the generation of MMS feeds.
