1. DG AMF LOGIC & PLC CONTROL PANEL:-
Developed ladder logic from control philosophy, Display DG &AMF panel Status on HMI(cp405),We use PM554ETH,2-DX561 analog to digital module and DC523 analog to digital module,AI561 4-20ma ADC module,two 8 channel relay card, alarm annunciator window
Project is based on take the status of dg and amf panel and send on scada system and working is depend on local and remote switch .
2. Industrial Water purification system using solenoid valve with digital display and some feathers:-
Developed c code in keil using 89c55WD controller 12 relays,2 analog input,1 level indication sensor,1 pressure switch, MCP3204 for reading analog value,1 floating sensor, eeprom for data storage and ds1307 ic for rtc(real time clock),machine work in auto mode and if error is generate then show error on lcd panel.
3.Solar tracking system:-
Developed c code in keil using 89c55WD controller,2 analog input,2 pv panel, 1 stepper motor to drive 4 mirror for sunray’s reflection, 16X4 lcd display,1 encoder,eeprom for data storage and ds1307 ic for rtc(real time clock). There are so many slaves as per client requirement and one data logger.
4.pH and conductivity meter with graphics lcd display (128x64 pixel):-
Developed c code in keil using 89c55WD controller,128x64 pixel lcd display, MCP3204 for reading analog value,3 analog input with signal conditioning circuit, and provide some feather’s, 5 push button for operating system function’s.we have to show the acidic basic and alkaline level of solution and purity of water in micro-Siemens
5. Magnetic stirrer:-
Developed c code in keil using 89c2051 controller,7 segment display,(MAX7219) 7segment driver ic,12volt DC motor, magnet ds1307 for time matching,3 push button for controlling the motor speed.
6. Level detection using ne555:-
Developed c code in keil using AVR Atmega8 controller, level sensor,m95 ic for massage sending,ne555 for capacitance calculation, dongle for particular operator,4 push button for operating system function’s
7. Time calculation between 2points by using leaser:-
Developed c code in keil using 89c55WD controller, we calculate the time between two holes and it is in millisecond, 4 push button for operating system function’s, leaser and receiver circuit
8. Hardness tester:-

9. alarm annunciator with 485 communication:-
Developed c code in keil using 89c55WD controller, 14 relay’s, 12 annunciator window,1 hooter for error indication and error generated by plc. and send on Modbus(485 communication), we use 3 push button 1 for relay teasting,2 for acknowledge,3 for reset the system
10. AI module card’s with 485 communication:-
Developed c code in keil using 89c2051 controller, MCP3204 for reading analog value, controller takes analog value calibrate it and send level of fuel or water to plc. When plc. Request it.

1. Smoke Detection System
Programming on 89s52 microcontroller.
EEPROM memory is used for see in which compartment fire detect at what time and which day, for that we use DS1307 RTC for time & date.
External interrupt used for check smock is detect or not.
Two relays are used in circuit,74HCT595 Serial to parallel IC is used for led indication.
2. Timer system
Programming on 89s52 microcontroller.
EEPROM memory is used for see which program mode we use & it’s time of four relays, for that we use DS1307 RTC for time & date.
If you want to check that timing then it change through RTU.
Four program mode & four relays are used in this system, 74HCT595 Serial to parallel IC is used for led indication.
Relay’s ON & OFF timing is different in different mode.
