changing

dynamics

As
QC
Manager,
some
of
the
prioritized
tasks
that
required
immediate
attention
were
creating
raw
material
spec
sheets for
testing

execute

stability
protocol

finished
products,

validation,

I

batch
operators
sent
to
a
facility
for
approval
from
a

for
the
ability

to

hazardous fumes

some
of
the
raw
materials

batches.

a
quality
department
work
flow
and
timelines,
reconstructed
production
demand
planning
from
forecast
and sale
history,
reconstructed
the
facility
for
high
efficiency,
assured
full
OSHA
and
State
facility
compliance,
worked
with engineers
in
updating
equipment
&
adding
semi
manual
filling
station,
calibrated
facility
equipment
daily
and
set
up
3rd party
yearly
calibration,
had
different
shift
member

myself
trained

CPR
in

site
safety

The
facility
had
a
clean
room
that
was
not
compliant
to
ISO
14644,
that
was
addressed
by
myself
assure
compliance.
The
facility
prior
had
a
horrific
paper
trail
for
batch
records,
raw
material,
and
products
releases
were
quickly
addressed for
audit
reasons
by
implementing
a
new
system
with
paper
and
online
paper
trace
for
quickest
access.
The
third
week
at
this
facility
FDA
had
come
in
with
a
recall
that
needed
to
be
addressed
priority.
As
a
formulator,
some
of
the
tasks
include
but
not
limited
to
were
proper
reformulating
for
compliance,
new
product development,
technical
writing
and
process,
training
batch
operators,
and
fixing
failed
batches.
