Responsible for managing the day to day operation of the Warehouse which encompassed the following but not limited to:
Tactically managed warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. Confirmed that scheduled inbound loads were received via truck and rail. Supervised warehouse employees in the receiving, distribution, order-filling, warehouse placement and maintenance protocols. Processed all warehouse reports (payroll/staffing/production, invoices, performance appraisals), interviewed, hired, scheduled training, performed all disciplinary actions.
