Previous experience in CVICU, post cardio-thoracic surgery/procedures and cardiology consults. Previous extensive preparation in cardiology during clinical rotations in Vanderbilt University with outstanding mentors. Extensive background and experience in evaluation and management of acute and chronic cardiovascular and neurologic disorders according to their current standard of care. Solid background and prior clinical experience in hematology-oncology. Experience in the management of acute or chronic complex medical and surgical conditions that require interdisciplinary treatment. Experience in internal medicine and urgent care settings. Experience in pre and post-operative evaluation and management. House-calls experience. Demonstrated history of early and accurate diagnoses and providing the most adequate, modern and holistic treatment.
Deep understanding of the neurobiology and anatomy of the central and peripheral nervous system. Able to diagnose and treat a large spectrum of neurological disorders or orthopedic disorders associated with pain. Familiar with the treatment of neurologic disorders outside of the management of pain associated with the condition. Extensive background in neurology due to my former education as a physician and also because of my master in Neuroscience.
Experience in pain management. Current practice is exclusively non-opioid and is based on advanced interventional spinal/joint techniques, physical therapy and neurosurgical options.
