Program Manager, Rockwell Collins (formerly B/E Aerospace) (October 2015 – June 2017) PAX-Plus – Dual lavatory (and galley) for persons of reduced mobility (handicap-capable lavatory) for the 737 airplane.
- Responsible for the new program development ($9M) a double-lavatory and galley line-fit product for the Boeing 737, which included FAA certification of new composite fiber panels, toilets, LED lighting and handicap-enabled features.
- Responsible for the FAA certification campaign including managing the manufacture and testing of 17 full-scale test articles to meet FAA certification for fire containment, structural substantiation, vibration, wall/touch temperature, quality/durability, 30-minute burning and fire properties requirements (FAA Part 25 and RTCA-DO-160 standards).
- On-time delivery to first customer with no customer delivery commitments or shortages.

- Responsible for development of aircraft interior design integration & risk mitigation of 767 and 777 new interior configurations from development through build and delivery and supported the customer introduction integrated product team (CI-IPT) managing new customer introductions: 777: Korean Airlines, Air China, Air France (2), Air Austral, TAM Airlines 767: LAN Airlines, Uzbekistan, Mongolia Airlines, Air Astana, FedEx (Freighter)
- Managed multi-divisional design teams for new first class ceiling premium architecture on 777 aircraft.
- Hardware manager for qualification & FAA certification of a 3-window electro-mechanical lighted window shade for a first class zone on 777.
- Managed global suppliers (galley, furnishing and seat suppliers) for technical design risk when developing new 767 and 777 aircraft interior configurations (galleys/seats/furniture) and supported program milestones.
- Authored engineering specification control documents (SCD’s) containing Boeing & FAA requirements used to certify new airplane parts via contracted suppliers.
- Project manager for an FAA commitment of 767 lavatory decompression testing.
- Project manager for multiple mock ups used in engineering evaluations: flight attendant direct-view analysis, emergency lighting, lavatory handicap latch, oxygen in stow bins.
- Responsible for managing a multi-divisional design team to redesign the 777 overhead flight crew rests for cost savings
