Responsible for sales data gathering, customization, and analysis for 4 types of rebates for 3 major segment brands. Buying Groups rebates, Distributor Marketing Funds, Supplier Sample Program, and non-discretionary rebates for 14 Buying Groups and their subgroups, and 30 Distributors.
Ownership and execution of all rebate payments confirming the process is done accurately and timely through the use of financial and contract management systems (SAP and ClearPay) assuring compliance by obtaining all required approvals.
Maintain database by registering all new buying group members, updating their data and deactivating them as requested (Internal/National).
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and VP of Sales for compilation of Sales Incentive Programs to identify process improvement opportunities to minimize or eliminate errors.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting of buying group programs to both internal and external parties.
Work with Sales and Distributors in order to ensure errors are corrected immediately.
Perform ad-hoc analyses on request, ensuring appropriate documentation is attained to support research findings.
Identify account and/or claim issues and first line of support for promoting resolution by working with external parties, Sales, and Accounts Receivable.
Assist management with audit requests data for SOX testing.
