Executive Coordinator
Daily responsibilities included maintaining security access for all employees within the organization, coordinating with property management on all building issues, coordinating all subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of all construction projects within the group, daily reporting to the CEO, COO and CFO of construction status for all open construction jobs, direct oversight of all property security installation, programming and monitoring. Additional duties included daily oversight of building needs to include ordering of supplies, coordinating shipping/delivery needs as well as general daily upkeep and maintenance as needed. Responsibilities of reporting directly to the CFO required monthly reconciliation of corporate billing accounts, billing of corporate services to the individual entities owned by the company, communication with all vendors on behalf of the CFO and establishing relationships with potential vendors. Daily responsibilities to the CFO also required the scheduling and coordination of all personal errands.

Endoscopy Surgery Technician
Responsibilities for this position include assisting doctors in a variety of surgical procedures including colonoscopies, E.G.D. and E.R.C.P. Sanitize instruments after surgery. Scheduling of inpatient/outpatient procedures as well as organizing and maintaining medical charts. Transport patients to and from recovery.
Phlebotomy Technician
Duties for this position include venipunctures, collection of urine analysis and ensuring proper transfer of samples to lab. Daily stocking of phlebotomy tray in addition to ordering supplies on a weekly basis.
Patient Care Specialist
Necessary skills for this position include taking stats such as blood pressure, weight and temperature and documentation of patient charts as well as preparing charts for medical records. Prepare patient for surgery and assist in the taking of EKGs.
