i.Benning Terrace renovation project is a multi-family townhouse and garden-style apartment community built in 1958 in the Southeast corridor of the District of Columbia. The project includes interior renovation and HVAC improvements.

b.Stoddert Terrace renovation project at 357 Ridge Rd SE DC. Stoddent Terrace is a Public Housing Development operated by the DC Housing Authority. The property offers 158 rental units.

i.The project includes interior renovation and HVAC improvements and ADA accessibility upgrades. Site improvements will include: ADA upgrades for parking and approach to the building; upgrades to site utilities; and landscape features designed to meet current storm water management requirements

2.Montgomery county Public School projects.

a.Walk in cooler installation project at Whetstone Elementary School.

b.Installation of the walk-in freezer unit at Waters Landing Elementary School.
