Meat Cutter

Cuts and trims meat to size for display or as ordered by customer, using hand tools and power equipment such as grinder, cubing machine, and power saw. Other activities includes, shaped, laced, and tied meat cuts by hand, using boning knife, skewer, and twine to form roasts. Responsibilities also include, sharpen and adjust cutting equipment, clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.
