•Assisted in managing the Network Operations Team.
•Manage patching in the desktop environment using WSUS and SCCM. We built packages and pushed out to the 9000+ desktops each month.

Safeway migrated 50k+ users from iPlanet (a UNIX based email system) to MS Exchange 2003.
