Element Management System(EMS) is the process of controlling a complex data network to maximize its Efficiency and productivity. The EMS (web-based management system) is used to manage an Airvana Radio Access Network (RAN) consisting of IP-RN 8000s and IP-RNC 8500s. EMS provides a full suite of network-management applications, such as fault and alarm management, performance management, configuration management, security management and auto-discovery. EMS is developed on an IP platform that allows customers to build customizable, high performance and scalable network-management solutions. One of the key benefits of EMS is the ability to securely access, configure and control RAN elements over a standard IP network.

Responsibilities:

•Involved in requirement analysis, design, development and testing the application.

•Developed class diagrams and sequence diagrams as part of application design using UML.

•Followed agile methodology and SCRUM meetings to track, optimize and tailor features to Business.

•Used Spring Annotations and wrote Java code for server-side validations
