Project Description:

One of the USAA loan process involves sending Credit Score Disclosure (CSD) Documents to Members who have qualified for a loan. This involves moving the CSD documents from Cadence (Vendor Portal) to USAA Content Management System (Documentum) and then mailing these documents out to members via ECT (Enterprise Correspondence Tool). This process is performed manually by a team of 24 every day for 10 hours. We automated this process using Automation Anywhere and the entire process is being run by bots. The exception rate is around 8-10% mostly due to data issues and these are routed to be handled manually.

USAA has a member email communication portal using which Member Service Representatives (MSR’s) can track, view, assign and reply to all member emails to USAA. The member email communication team performs random Quality Audits on the communication sent to members. This is performed by retrieving a report of all emails replied by a MSR and assigning a random number. This is repeated for all MSR’s in the unit and the consolidated report is then Quality Audited. The report consolidation takes about 10 hours for an Auditor every week. We automated this process using Automation Anywhere and the entire process is being run by a bot. We have zero exception rate in this process.
