3- Dubai Land Utilities Master Plan Development Design and Supervision (27,000 ha),Dubai, U.A.E.
Lead Engineer responsible for stormwater modelling & design of this prestigious project.
This project includes about 200km stormnetwork length, five ponds and five pumping stations.
4- Master development of Jebel Ali Airport City(14,000 HA), Dubai, U.A.E.
Worked on the design of Jebel Ali Airport city stormwater drainage & irrigation systems for Dubai department of Civil Aviation (DCA). The works for this project included evaluation of the existing stormwater drainage facilities at Jebel Ali Airport City and determination of requirements for future facilities. This project was carried out by KAME, a joint venture of Khatib & Alami (consolidated engineering co.) and Metcalf & Eddy.

Designing of sanitary sewer systems and water networks including all standard details, specification, and bill of quantities.
1- Wadi Ma’in Zara and Mujib Water Treatment and Conveyance System - Dead Sea, Jordan
The project is a detailed design for pumping stations conveying treated water from the Dead Sea desalination plant, via a 1000 mm steel pipeline, 40 km long, to the MONTAZAH reservoir at the highest location in east Amman. This project was carried out by a joint venture of SIGMA Consulting Engineers and Metcalf & Eddy.
Worked on the design of water conveyance pipelines (layout/profile) with 40 km long including all fittings & details.
2- King Abdullah Industrial Free Zone, Dhuleil, Jordan
Industrial free zone project planning & design of infrastructure network, with total area of 350 ha. The project included 26 km of water pipes, ground reservoir 8000m , elevated tower of 500 m capacity, 18 km of sewage pipes, wastewater treatment plant, roads network, electrical and telecommunication lines, services, and fencing.
Worked on designing and modeling of both water and sewerage systems.
3- Al Mushatta Qualified Industrial Zone Project, Amman, Jordan
Planning of an industrial free zone including design of infrastructure network (Area = 400 ha). The project includes 15 km of water pipes, firefighting system, ground reservoir, elevated tower, 20 km of sewage pipes & wastewater treatment plant of capacity 8000 m3. Worked on modeling and designing of the water and sewerage systems.
4- The Hashemite University – Design of Pumping Station, Transmission Main & Irrigation Reservoir. Deadsea, Jordan.
A detailed design project for a pumping station to transfer treated water from Khirbat Al Samra treatment plant, via a 400 mm DI pipeline,10 km long, into a 4000 m3 reservoir at the highest location in the Hashemite University.
Worked on the design of water conveyance pipelines (layout/profile) with 10 km long including fittings & details.
5- Warehousing and Light Industrial Area –Aqaba Back Road, Aqaba, Jordan
A planning design project of a zone for light industry & storage located beside the traffic department on the Back Road that leads to the potassium factory. The total area is 140 ha. The planning includes land use, roads, 14 km long water system, 15 km sewage system, stormwater drainage system,& water treatment plant design, preparation of building regulations & rules.
Worked on the design of both sewerage and water systems.
6- Exhibition Area Project – Al Sharif Hussein Bin Ali Street, Aqaba, Jordan
The project is a part of Al Aqaba special Economic Zone Authority activities, to prepare suitable serviced lands for international investors. The total area is approximately 1.60 ha reserved for high quality exhibitions at the entrance of Aqaba. The design concept is geared for mall-like development with ample space given to car parking and outside landscaping. The design included serviced plots with water and sewerage, fire fighting, electricity and telecommunication networks, roads and signage.

7- Tourism Development Project of the North Suweimeh Extension Coastal Ring Road – Deadsea, Jordan
The project is a study & planning of a strip 60 km along the east coast of the Dead Sea, evaluating the appropriate areas for touristy development, indicating the best areas for concentrated development in Suweimeh, Zara and Mazra’a areas, in addition to the infrastructure networks (water, sewerage, irrigation) with full details.
