Erection & Commissioning

•Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors.

•Ensuring execution of activities / projects within time & budgetary parameters.

•Testing & Commissioning work for cement plant with 10000 TPD Capacity with 4 strings (Pre heater, Raw mill, Coal Mill, kiln, cooler).

•Testing & commissioning work for boiler and extraction plant with 1200 and 700 TPD capacity (extractor, dryer, de solvent toaster & cooler.)

•Testing and commissioning work for boiler (Thermax, Cheema &CVL make) with capacity 30 TPH,18 & 12 TPH (steam drum, ID, FD fan, Air Preheater & etc).

Maintenance Operations

•To ensure uninterrupted plant stoppage & Continuous improvement to ensure maintenance/utility cost reached to benchmark level.

•Managing the functions of preventive/predictive/breakdown maintenance of utilities & Process machines to reduce downtime to minimum

•Preparing Annual Preventive Maintenance Plans, Costing, Checklists for Conducting Routine Preventive Maintenance Plans, Machine History Cards.

•Conduct regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms

•Annual Repair and Maintenance (R&M) costing.

•Managing the maintenance & production SAP (PP & PM module)
