-Oversee daily operations of small parcel out bound department, domestic LTL and international freight shipments for the global DC as well as support manufacturing areas.

-Responsibilities include scheduling time for associates, handling disciplinary actions, approving time cards, providing feed pack on productivity and quality and coaching associates. Responsible for 70% of total volume through the DC. Responsible for delivery to strategic accounts such as Grainger, Sunbelt Rentals, Wal-Mart and JC Penny.
