-I’m managing the following duties:
- Hiring more than 50 or more workers every day among 23 different companies all over the GTA ( such as General labors, lab technicians, machine operators, Forklifts (counter balance, Raymond reach, Reverse Raymond reach, sewers, cleaners, G licensed delivery drivers, welders,packers and many other positions.
-Training more than 15 new Receptionists/Administrative assistants and HR Recruiters in their Orientations and interviewing them.
-Managing and problem solving urgent situations such as
(workers with injuries in the work place).

-Following up with all hired workers every day (email and phone call).
