Infosys – Worked as a Project Manager for a major financial services firm in a government mandated project where the client is putting together a data warehouse project to fulfill the request. This initiative is a very large project and the data warehouse is a key component. Co-managed a large onshore/offshore development team that was responsible for building a data warehouse. initiated and maintained the plan that accommodates a very aggressive timeline. Kept all stakeholders well informed of the progress and managed any hurdles that are encountered. I coordinated efforts across many teams and individuals to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet the proposed requirements.

Verizon Business – Worked as Program Manager and all phases of testing for order entry system that is Verizon’s end state architecture. This system is a very large integration into a single end to end (quote to bill) system. Additionally, I provided level of efforts and ongoing input and direction for monthly and quarterly releases, which generally included 15 to 20 different projects. Developed and executed test plans (unit, system, integrated, and UAT) for each and every release along with resource management and execution of all test plans.

Worked as Program Manager/ Development Manager in International Billing with offices in London, England and Frankfurt, Germany. Customized off-the-shelf software to establish and maintain International billing systems. Program managed very large project that was implemented successfully and on time that converted database from Sybase to Oracle and upgraded from single server to multiple server for enhanced throughput of data.

Worked as a team lead and then development manager for Special Customer Arrangements COBOL/DB2/CICS system that accumulated, parsed, and reformatted billing records. Designed, developed, implemented and maintained over 18 terra-byte system that served as a re-biller. The system was designed to give full control over to user community to manage each customer’s specific data needs.

Dowell Schlumberger – Oilfield Services – Developed COBOL/DB2/CICS system to update and keep track of all oil rigs in Gulf Coast. Developed a COBOL/DB2/CICS system for random drug testing and drug testing results. Developed COBOL/DB2/CICS incident reporting system used by the field technicians.
Decreased field incidents by 5% by combining incident tracking with training & drug testing

Anderson Greenwood – Entry level programmer for specialty valve manufacturer. Primary focus was developing COBOL/CICS reports for the manufacturing job floor, including machine routing, inventory, re-work.
