Logistics and Health & Safety Manager and Quartermaster – Alnajaf Alsashraf (Najaf) International Airport, Iraq Logistics Manager for a project of 306 personnel. Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of all logistical matters. Control of logistical support and a monthly budget of $500,000 (USD). This deployment also included the mobilisation of all assets into country on project Stand-Up. Closely monitored quality control of all operational logistics quality control and associated documentation. Implement a robust Security Risk Assessment system and to monitor the security situation in area of operation on a continuous basis.
