Design Director/ Civil Engineer and a permanent member of DIWI’s staff with more than 30 years’ experience on all aspects of managing design from tender to project delivery, client liaison and coordination, procurement and appointment of sub-consultants and managing client delivery schedules. He has extensive experience in design of roads and infrastructure projects from inception through planning and feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed geometric and pavement design, preparation of design and construction drawings to the preparation of bidding documents world-wide, including UAE, Africa and Carribean.

He has comprehensive knowledge of computer aided design and drafting, GPS and surveying software and is well versed in tendering procedures and regulations.
