Refractory (Bed material analysis) – Bulk density, sieve, magnetic %, Ignition Temperature, fusion temperature, composition of Alumina and Silica.

Knowledge of laboratory setup i.e. pH meter, conductivity Turbidity meter. Spectra photometer, Weighing balance Desicator, bomb calorimeter, Flame photometer and Oven, Jar test, D.O meter.

Daily, Monthly and annual reporting regarding chemical costing, chemical stock, water quality and inventory.
