Completes a file review to determine what documents are outstanding.

Compliance departments made sure all transactions are conducted within applicable regulations pertaining to life settlement policies and procedures. Ensured that all transactions are legal, ethical, and are in the best interests of the clients involved.

Review transmittal sheets, delivery requirements and the initial funding packets when policies fund.

Handled travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, processing of reports, work with processing grants for approval.

Researched the internet for pertinent information.

Copying, filing and general administrative support. Assisted with other duties as requested.

Work closely with the AEs, agents, brokers and trustees to get the required documents.

Complete Accurint searches to verify current mortality & financial status of the insured.

Review life expectancy reports, policy applications, and medical records for any change with insured's health.

Conduct health calls with the insured's to obtain any health change with the insured.

Notate the database with the information obtained from the completed health call.

Save and upload pertinent correspondence to the database and the N drive.

Utilize designated naming convention/format for emails and documents saved on the N drive.

Request funds from designated facility for premium payments.

Prepare funding packets for execution by designated individuals prior to premium payments.

Scan and email funding packets and premium payment requests to appropriate departments.

Submit requests to designated trustee or entity to make premium payments in a timely manner.

Request and obtain written confirmations from the life insurance companies for premium payments made. This can be done through the agent, trustee, or directly from the life insurance company.

Submit files to the pricing department to obtain the estimated date policy will enter grace.

Save and upload the grace date estimations to the NetSuite software and the N drive.

Set follow up dates according to when needed documents have been received, reviewed and analyzed.

Run appropriate reports from the NetSuite software which determines when a policy loan is approaching maturity.

Email the legal department to create loan maturity packets when applicable.

Submit requests to professional trustees to send loan maturity packets to family trustees, beneficiaries, and insured.

Follow up with AEs, agents and involved parties to obtain the executed loan maturity packet documents.

Requests VOCs, Policy Summary, Annual Statement, Illustrations and Premium History on active policies.

Receive, review, scan, upload and email documents received in the mail/FedEx/UPS/Fax, Etc.

Performed daily file reviews on assigned case load of an approximate 280 policies to determine what tasks is needed for the individual policy.
