-Job designation is 12A (Engineer officer). Need to be capable of handling all jobs in the engineer branch including construction, bridging, rescue, demolitions and combat, and training personnel
-As a Platoon Leader, I am in command of a construction platoon with roughly 40 personnel and am responsible for their overall well-being and training to meet the army standard. I will direct them on construction missions to accomplish the task in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

-Improved flow efficiency of load and unload lines by restructuring packaging flow for higher capability of self service (eliminate waiting time on material handlers). Reduce rack changing times by implementing tools and standard work instructions
