- Years’ experience in engineering fields including in R&D, new product development, existing product improvement, troubleshooting/problem solving, and technical support in manufacturing and quality control processes, as well as project management.

- Familiarity with the International Standards Organization (ISO) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), IEC standards, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T. ASME Y14.5).

- Knowledge of medical device processes under FDA regulations including 510(k) and MDD (Medical Device Derivatives) regulations.

- Knowledge of qualification control in production process (IQ, OQ and PQ).

- Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method in design and development process.

- Knowledge of AMS (Aerospace Material Specifications) standards.
