Whiting ND 2013-2015 Gas processing center in Colorado and the gathering systems at Razor Field. Upgrade existing Robinson lake gas plant new compressors and booster stations screens network design and radio system specification and fiber upgrades Panel design and system layout.

Arrow Pipelines ND 2012-2013 develop a new LACT gathering system and SCADA control system using Ignition and existing Allen Bradley 1400 PLC systems design radio back bone and infrastructure to support SCADA control and PLC programing.

Whiting ND 2012-2013 New oil terminal Wonderware and upgrade the gathering systems at Sanish Field and Pronghorn for easy system maintenance and addition of wells. Upgrade existing Robinson lake gas plant screens for easy navigation.

Wichita ASR KS 2010-2011 City of Wichita Kansas Aquifer Storage and Recovery system 2.2M SCADA system using multiple GE RX3I PLC’s. The city will uses a Wonderware Archestra SCADA system that controls a surface water treatment plant and distributes water through a pipeline to a network of wells to either recharge the aquifer or recover the stored water for the city of Wichita.

Whiting ND 2010-2010 SCADA System Upgrade and installation Stanley. Debug and trouble shoot WonderWare Archestra System and PLC support. Support on turnaround and new equipment being installed at the plant. Installed grid control to display data from the SQL XPOC system. And General changes and upgrades and support to the Gas plant and well sites.

BP Ulysses Kansas 2009-2010 Control System Upgrade re write the compressor controls for 16 Cooper compressor units. The system controls the air fuel ratio the spark and the entire control of the compressor systems. The project uses a ControLogix PLC and a panel view HMI. The system is completely configurable from the panel view HMI scaling alarms and shutdowns are all configurable. Program is easily changed for the 16 different configurations by the customer. System interfaces with the existing station controls and the Televent SCADA control system.

Resolute Natural resources SCADA System Upgrade and installation Aneth Utah 2008-2009. Upgrade existing 2 sites to Wonderware Archestra system rework database and screens for new archestra 10,000 point SCADA system

BP SIL-LOPA SIL2 Safety Systems Superior Tuscola Green Springs and Crane – 2007 to 2008; Design panels communication networks to comply with EXIDA review of the plants and work with operations to design a safety system that works with the process and the desired safety criteria from EXIDA. Safety system is SIL2 requirement using ControLogix L61s Safety processor and 1756 SIL2 Rated I/O communicating to remote racks with ControlNet and to the HMI using Ethernet.

Automation Engineer Cryogenic Plant Automation Upgrade, Western Gas Resources Waynoka, Oklahoma- 2006 to 2007; 1500-2000 data points Matrix DCS control system talking to 2 processors and 4 Ebims. WonderWare HMI communicating to matrix and communicating to 5 Murphy millennium processors controlling the compressors 1 Allen Bradley SLC500 2 Allen Bradley Compactlogix 2 chromatographs and 15 ABB total flow computers ESD and safety system. Automation Engineer Steam And Electrical Generation Control System Integration, Calpine Geysers Hieldsburg, California – 2002 to 2003; iFix and Allen Bradley Controllogix PLCs Integrating Bailey, ABB Honeywell scan 2000 and3000 DCS Information in to iFix. Integrating OSI PI in to iFix and developed custom application to run in iFix to determine which tags were off scan sort by alarm area. Priority store all events in to a SQL data base and recall events back in to iFix by the operator requests. When complete the system will have 20,000 OPC tags control 15 power plants and provide corporate with real time data from all plants to enable outage scheduling and CBA of all of the plants.

Automation Engineer Airline Baggage System Retrofit, City And County Of Denver Denver International Airport, Colorado – 2001 to 2002; United Airlines team member assigned to develop and streamline PLC programs using existing hardware and new HMI to respond to the needs of the air carrier United.
